We are urgently seeking a qualified Ventilation Supervisor / Technician to join our team in Qatar. The ideal candidate will have 3 to 5 years of hands-on experience in Project Execution and Maintenance of Ventilation Systems and Staircase Pressurization.
Key Responsibilities:
- Supervise and execute ventilation projects in compliance with safety and quality standards.
- Perform regular maintenance and troubleshooting of ventilation systems.
- Ensure the proper operation of staircase pressurization systems.
- Coordinate with project managers, contractors, and clients to ensure timely project delivery.
- Maintain detailed reports and documentation of work performed.
Requirements:
- Minimum 3–5 years of experience in a relevant role.
- Strong technical knowledge of ventilation and pressurization systems.
- Ability to read technical drawings and specifications.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Willingness to work in a fast-paced environment with tight deadlines.
