Ceasefire Solutions is seeking an experienced Estimation Engineer specializing in ventilation and staircase pressurization systems. The role involves preparing accurate cost estimates, technical evaluations, and tender documentation for fire and life safety projects.
Key Responsibilities:
- Prepare detailed cost estimates and BOQs for ventilation and staircase pressurization systems
- Review project drawings, specifications and tender documents
- Coordinate with design, sales and project teams for technical clarifications
- Analyze vendor quotations and conduct cost comparisons
- Support bidding, value engineering and budget control activities
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering or related field
- 2–3 years of relevant experience in estimation of ventilation or pressurization systems
- Strong understanding of relevant codes, standards and fire safety requirements
- Proficiency in estimation tools and MS office tools.
- Strong analytical and communication skills
