We are currently seeking a qualified and experienced Workshop Incharge to join our team. The ideal candidate will possess a strong technical background in mechanical engineering and have the ability to independently manage workshop operations while ensuring the highest standards of service and safety.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and manage the workshop team independently with strong technical oversight.
- Conduct inspection, hydrotesting, refilling, and spare replacement for all types of Fire Extinguishers (FEXs).
- Perform testing and maintenance of SCBA, EEBA, air compressors, AQT, and fire hoses.
- Ensure timely and accurate documentation using MS Office tools, including report preparation and email communication.
- Coordinate effectively with clients and service providers to ensure smooth operations and customer satisfaction.
Requirements:
- Experience: 3–5 years in a similar role.
- Qualification: Diploma/Degree in Mechanical Engineering.
- Hands-on experience with fire protection systems and equipment.
- Strong knowledge of workshop operations and safety protocols.
- Excellent communication and coordination skills.
- Proficient in MS Office and general documentation tasks.
